The reason of our creation and presence in this world, which is an extraordinary and magnificent place for lovers, is being in search of our own beloved one in praising and worshiping fashion. This vast and magnificent temple is in rotation every moment. From the smallest to its greatest creature, in a loving and repeated move, go through their evolutional path. Lovely improve toward ideal and theoretical and practical repeated mumblings have absorbed our life and soul into one direction, path, way and unity. This is on the way to almighty, the only absolute power.

There are so many things and their frequency is indefinite. In unity, this is a sign of God’s divinity. All creatures make use of God’s blessings and innately are in wait for reaching their kind friend’s visage. Humans are perplexed by the temple of turquoise dome with great and vast manifestations and galactic greatness. Although humans have seen their weakness, they have the chance for making use of and enjoying God’s blessings to worship and value. All the creatures and blessings are signs for a great power, specially a kind one.

Humans have been is search of their inside and outside and so far, they have a little success in their history of worshiping and praising. Human hasn’t neglected sacrificing his dearest son for God. Humans’ today worshiping is more logical and, relatively, a kind of similar in all present religious creeds and faiths. They are all divided into two definite and understandable categories which are going to be discussed. One is verbal and logical worshiping or invocation (Zekr) and the other one is physical movement of the body which is similar to exercise.

These two mentioned parts are done by God’s servants generally in praising and worshiping of the Almighty. There has been added another part which is music and the religious ceremonies have got a new appearance causing new and different moods for worshipers.

No need for war or peace for the place where has divine dispensation
No need for praising or clawing if your action is good
The one whose action is accepted whether fish or fowl
Has to be resigned to the will of god or else a fruitless action

Invocation (zakr), which is the first part of the division, has a very important role in gnostics. Among gnostic ones, invocation of God has a great and important role and is known as murmuring with God and they are not away from it in any moment. Even they believe that the heart beats are the rhythm for invocation and one has to try to invocate to the same numbers of heart beats. In other words there must be a deep concentration on the worshiping of the beloved one.
A repeated and regular invocation on the lips makes a perplexed lover in search of the beloved one out of it. There would be less presence in material life.
Invocation is the principle basis of gnostics. Basically, invocation of God is the central axis in a gnostic one’s life. God has considered this and has alleged in all holly books that:

Recall me
Remember and think of me
Think of me to remember you
And …

The gnostic ones and the lovers of God’s threshold are remembering God everywhere and every time. They never leave loving murmuring of God.

Be in mood of invocation of God all the time
To go through your mind
As you become familiar and a true friend in his temple of glorification
You can see in belief his visage

The wayfarer would get the true quiet while having calm heart and soul by this very invocation. In all religions and creeds, invocation has basic and axial role. If you remove invocation from any worshiping that you know, the rest will be worthless.
Therefore, the importance of invocation in a worshiping-like life is the same as breathing. Every creature and everything in material life is in worshiping and invocation. The gnostic ones believe that invocation is like fire in the heart of the wayfarer. Improvement in gnostics, worshiping and praising is impossible without invocation.

 
There are three invocations in gnostics: verbal, hearty and secret invocations. Please refer to their original sources for their descriptions.
Invocations are all short and powerful and mostly are for divine way of thinking and offering yourself as a complete servant of God. There is no need for special places for invocations. We all have got a temple from our childhood and that is our heart, the place of God. There is no other place for the beloved one. Go inside, listen to the inner voice to move away.

There is no mediator for worshiping God, praising the beloved one and praying. My friend, know that your heart accompanying you forever, is home of your beloved one. Make sure you get it by both remembering him and invocations. Avoid the material life and spend some time in solitude. Go around the Kiblah inside yourself. Be the same as orbiting particle in atom. You are the home of God. You are a manifestation from God’s will. Know yourself and know that you will find God.

Everyone who goes to the friend honestly
Will forget about the desires to the Resurrection
The worshiper’s one hundred years of praying in temple
Is of no account to the lover in dignity

As I mentioned above, invocation is a brief sentence full of powerful and valuable concepts. This is monotheism causing concentration and kinship along with creation of permanent connection between you and the beloved one. There is a great need in accuracy and the knowledgeable person for choosing invocation for sure. The devotees would get the necessary invocations from the knowledgeable person. Step by step, the devotee, on one’s own account, will find the way for the next invocations by the beloved one’s assistance as invocation is the start for moral relationship.
All the invocations are heading for worshiping God and his unity. This kind of throughout worshiping is of effective importance for making a through relationship with God and can be done everywhere. there is an independent and direct relationship between the creator and the creature, so call it.

I saw a hermit drunk (elevated) last night
Rosary in neck and decanter in hand
I said: why have you stayed in bar? He said:
There would be a way to right though

Murmuring of invocations is loving murmuring in presence of the beloved one and leads in kinship. Repetition and continuity in murmuring the invocations cause the gnostic one to get pure soul and gradually to leave bad behaviors like anger, jealousy, and oppression and so on. There will be everything for the gnostic one nothing but as purifying invocations such as: birds’ singing, sound of waves and sound of wind among leaves of trees and so on.
we are the simplest examples. Human is under invocations with the guide of mother’s heart in fetal period and learns. Human listens to his or her mother’s heart beat like a devotee as a fetus. After birth, directly and by the rhythm of his or her own heart goes for the invocations. He or she will not be a devotee but the leader of next generation. Therefore, try to know yourself well and strongly with high ideals.

When you forget yourself,
You will believe in monotheism
Monotheism is not to be possessed but your being annihilated
Not to destroy right

Moulavi

The second part of worshiping includes different movements of the body depending on the type of worshiping. These gestures are divided into two categories.
First: they are exercises ordered in different books and creeds such as sitting, standing, bending, lying flat and other movements which are done consciously according to the rules and laws. They are called a kind of Yuga or physical exercises. They won’t be discussed in here.

Second: unconscious physical exercises in a worshiper because of repetition in invocations, music and combination some things. These movements are unconsciously done can be any gestures depending on the mental and physical status of each person.
Beauty of the concept or invocation and also its type of singing mixing with nice music affect the soul in a way that there will be a distance between body and soul. The soul flies to beauty and to the beloved one and the body loses consciousness, collapses down or capers around unconsciously. There may be an unconscious dancing.

These moods are seen in gnostic ones’ capering (Sama’). The situation of capering is in a way that the divine invocations are sung repeatedly and the beautiful rhythms along with different music from tambourine, reed and other musical instruments add more beauty to the situation. The result is that the gnostic one gets joy. These ceremonies were common in the gnostic groups of Moulavieh called Sama’. Every caperer would hold a capering ceremony due to his emotions and feelings. That is an interesting worshiping in which the soul gets excited happily.

Today is a capering day
Today is light, beam of light
This love is a blessing
This love causes us to leave wisdom and mind

The soul is fed by two factors: one is beautiful concepts or invocations affecting the listener deeply and the other one is different rhythms of music. These two altogether make a fast progress to the beloved one.
Capering is a kind of worshiping along with the moral need of the human. Nowadays, it happens for us somehow. We would get joy by listening to a beautiful music. Imagine this music is a right one along with beautiful and meaningful concepts and invocations and our soul needs them.

The food of the lovers is capering (Sama’)
Being together is from his thought
Our inside will be powerful
It will happen because of the sound of whistle

By reviewing the history, we find that this kind of worshiping used to be known as common dancing and was religiously prohibited by some groups. But later, for the reason of having positive effects on lovers, they themselves started doing it. Today, everyone knows Moulavi as the establisher of capering. He used to caper even in alleys and streets. If you are interested you could refer to the biography of Moulvi, specially the books which have been printed abroad.

Stand up as capering of soul has started
That tambourine like sugar has defeated the windpipe
The old passion has become an incendiary
Where is your blubbering? It is the time of worshiping

There is so much information about capering. Some say that capering is the way to the unknown, purifying the soul, curing self-admiration and pride …
Capering must be done honestly and there are customs about doing it.

Anyway, except the overdoing religious people, all gnostic groups caper and still do that. By reviewing our own religious geography, we understand that the presence of overdoing religious people used to know nothing about gnostics. Gnostics don’t accept the strict religious people. Gnostics know those strict religious people of being strict with love. Gnostics know them as a block on the way of the lovers to the beloved ones. That’s why gnostics haven’t been spread all over Iran completely and we are unaware about it. Even our intellectuals have kept silent for many centuries for political-religious reasons.

There is no special place for capering like invocation. It can be on any corner or at home and also in the mosque, church or anywhere else. It is permissible on the condition of obeying the customs. Please refer to the sources.

Imitation is not allowed in Gnostics’ view. Imitation is a non-human action. There is a guide on the beginning. We pass by so many good people every day without knowing them. If we try to find them, we can. Considering strict religious people who believe in imitation would bring hate and heaven-moving away. Worshiping for going to heaven is the worst reason for praising the beloved one. There will be no use out of worshiping in such a way. This is really clear these days

You, the inexperienced lover, are long away from God
What should we do with you? You are exempt
You worship God with hope of heaven
Go away. You are not lover but an imposter

The one, who is love with God, is a powerful one because of this love. That one has got great moral skills, a brave heart and a kindly forgiven nature which are all the characters of God. The one, who is in love with God, is not in search of this world and the materials. There is no fear about …,
It is better to hear from Sa’di:

If you are a man of love, don’t be proud
If you are not, get the way of purifying
Don’t be afraid of kindness to make you soil
If it kills you, you will live forever
No plant from a complete seed with any change
Unless a different situation
You will be familiar with God
If you are free from yourself
If you are with yourself all the time, there is no way to your inside
So, you could get this point that you can have the way if you are with the one except yourself
Everything even the pets sounds
All are capering if you have got love and understanding
The fly wouldn’t fly in front of love mad
As he wouldn’t touch his head like fl
The one who is love mad doesn’t have day and night
A poor person may cry by singing of birds
The singer may see in silence
But many times they are not awake
If they are drunk like drunken people
They may caper and be in love by singing of water wheel
They become like the wheel of the water wheel
They would cry like the crying of the wheel
They may behave humbly
They may rend their collars if they get out of patience
Don’t find fault with the drunken unconscious Darvish
As he is sinking into it
I won’t tell you what capering is
Unless I know the listener well
If the bird flies from its tower of concept
The angle may get perplexed by its flying
If he is the man of cheating, playing and badness
He may get more powerful desires by that
No capering for a man full of concupiscence
A good one may be awake by a good singing
A flower my get perplexed by the wind of down
But a log may get cut just by axe
The world is full of capering, joy and elevation
But the blind may see nothing in the mirror
Haven’t ever seen the Arabian camel which may
Dance by the mirth?
