Unity is the basis of love, kindness and is the basis of discussion, eternity and mortality. Everyone, who understands this science and believes in this principle
, is a learned and knowledgeable person and knows about gnostics. Everyone who doesn’t know about it is long away from the innate of the science.

Understanding the unity and identifying the right are basic actions of a gnostic man. As he is thinking about his identity and complicated order of the subsistence, he understands the God’s identity from the small and bag worlds. Then, he has a relationship and connection with him from different aspect and views.

This kind of relationship is sometimes love and affection which lead in mortality and then eternity in high stages. Sometimes this is faith and certainty and sometimes fears and hope.
A gnostic life is a kind of life considering the God, which means this is the basic center of the gnostic one’s being and entity.

All the famous gnostic ones have said about the greatness, generosity and unity of God in poems and words. They have talked about the manifestation of God’s characters and also about the grand names of God. Invocation is one of the ways of reaching God. The gnostic one tries to establish the relationship between himself and God by focusing and repeating the useful invocations.
I mentioned in the previous chapter that invocation of God is the critical point in God worshiping and is the most important way of divine progression. The lover would purify the inside by organized repetition of invocations and would get a complete relaxation through the body and soul by help of the beloved one.

As I mentioned in previous chapters, invocation and praising are the preliminary ways of gnostic way. By choosing the divine invocations for praising the Almighty, the concupiscence weakens and the soul gets prepared for more relationship with the divine world. In this stage, body of the human plays the role of a capacity in which, movement and progress toward ideal are in progress; soul would enjoy worshiping, loving the beloved one and the progressive stages toward ideal.
While whispering the invocations, the gnostic one would focus magnificently on the invocations and their concepts. There is no mediator between him and God but concentration and invocations. After some time he forgets about the space-time and he continues this in a non-stop, direct way in a fashion that he never feels like considering other matters of life. In this stage, actually by having this sense, he just cares about this kind of relationship, or better saying; this strong bond, as this is a real path. No way for purifying but this. This happens by repetition. The soul may get what it takes to establish the inseparable bond between the creator and the creature.

Mindless invocation is like the one who knows but doesn’t do anything

As your hear will be the place of invocation
You will shout loudly and need progress

There is no problem if you don’t wail and shout

The big thought is that you can’t worship and thank him completely

If you know this you will become dumb and puzzled
If you don’t know this who are you going to call?
The one that you don’t know
How are you going to worship and thank?
The unwise heart may chicken out the job
If you claim to have known science, it may come true
Do you know who are you facing?
If you don’t know, what is fruitless tumult then?
An absent heart needs clamor
As it gets present it will be its ascension
If your heart didn’t fall in agreement with it
Trying to invocate would be a bad action
Your heart and invocation of your tongue should fall into step with each other
In order to call his pure name to the top of one’s power
If your heart eagerly loves him
Tell everything that comes to your mind
Make your heart prepared
As it needs the inculcation of the wayfarer
The old wayfarer knows who deserves the right invocation
Everyone can not invocate mindlessly
If you settle down your concupiscence by invocation
You won’t get disappointed

Ouhadi

There are rules for whispering correct divine invocations: knowing utter concept of the invocation, deep presence of heart, divinely-directed sense of thoughts, to feel the divine threshold be present at any time at any place. This is the ultimate making use of the real concepts of the invocations for soul purification.

Lovely songs. Lovely whispering of words. Utter presence of mind and heart; Is any way left for the beloved one to elude the long arms of the pure love and affection’s power?
Be careful of double ignorance which happens by whispering and repeating the invocations without knowing the concepts. Approaching God is the definite target of invocations, leaving everything and everyone behind on one’s lonesome and heart presence. So, be present at the threshold gate of ultimate wisdom consciously and diligently seek ideal.

Those who are deep in the soup of double ignorance are wasting their life. There are no result and no feasible effect through thousands and thousands repetition of the words which you are unaware of the concepts of on soul purification.

Take this matter as an example for better understanding: “here he lies in peace” said the priest. Then, at the drop of the hat you start singing a song for him. Any result for the body that has lost its mental apprehension? Any effect on the body that its soul has flown away? This is the matter of a piece of rock and human’s understandings.
Nowadays, these kinds of thinking called petrifaction are not sensible any longer due to little progress on ideal movement. You should be present at divine threshold gate equipped with consciousness and awareness.

Sheer love thinks ideally. So they meet God with high levels of understanding, consciousness and awareness. Achieving other invocations is the result of repetition of divine invocations done by the gnostic one.
By repeating the divine invocations, although the gnostic one asks for help from God to approach more and more, he tries to achieve those divine characters. There would be a stronger bond by having divine characters. If the gnostic one feels God’s generosity in his soul, he will ascend one stage upper, although it is very limited due to low capacity of the human. In this way if he set God’s mercy on his way and helps the poor, he will ascend another stage higher. It is no cinch. It is an evolution around both in material life and moral life. Gnostics language is the language of ethics and qualities of God. We will discuss them later.

There are so many books on gnostic virtues especially in Persian. They have been penned recently by some gnostic professors.

Oh cupbearer! Serve us with bear
As that dear pal has broken repentance
He left asceticism
He sat beside the beloved in the bar
He left dissimulation and worshiping
He left monastery right off the bat
He forgot about all his duties
He wore Christian’s girdle
He drank wine and offered me too

Leave everything and your life behind

The best invocations are monotheistic ones leading the gnostic one a sheer monotheist. Certainly, whispering invocations and being an invocator need some customs resulting soul relaxation.
Invocations should conquer all over the soul and body of the invocator in a fashion that all his parts and limbs should be invocating God.

Take somewhere alone and invocate round the clock
Drink the wine for the bond between you and him and leave yourself behind
To see his beautiful visage through his eyes
To hear his message at any time

Gnostic ones know invocations as heart healers on the following conditions: being used
correctly, being whispered from bottom of the heart, being whispered sincerely and with complete presence.

Friend’s words are real cure
By invocation you can heal your emotional sufferings
You can find the strong bond in the heart
Friend’s visage is the real cure

Invocations are of high accounts to creating a strong bond between the creator and the creature. Gnostic ones have always been humble and loving the creator. They never ignore this kind of wine drinking and drunkenness. The dignity of this wine (invocation) is really high in gnostic ones’ corpus.

Oh my pal, don’t listen to the enemies’ words
Don’t forget old friends indeed
If you want wine to have pleasure
Just drink this wine and nothing else

It is necessary for gnostic ones to consider the invocations diligently and be present at any time at any place at the threshold gate of God.

If you consider the gnostic ones’ lives you may find them invocating from the time they knew themselves to the time of death. I will tell the story of some of them. You could refer the books which have their lives in details. You will find very good invocations there too. This will be a good start for the ones who like to be on the way to God.

So we found that invocation is always present in gnostic ones’ lives like wine. Feeling and sensation of the gnostic ones cannot be said in words but self experience.

The Elias’s water and pure wine are the same
Drunkenness and eternal life are the same
The good are in our hearts
Every one of hundred bowmen have the same target
Before those sleepy eyes
The wail of the lover and the myth are the same
Atheism and religion are like balance
There are two pans, but the same hand
If this garden has one thousand birds

All these corpuses are of high value of Persian and Gnostics literature. These corpuses are ways for God lovers and knowing the moral matters for a correct start.

Gnostic ones, clearly, mean invocations by calling the name of wine in their poems. This wine is not made from grapes or other things to cause unconscious mind and body but from divine minds and invocations.

It is clear that this pure wine causes great evolution in ways of thinking and is necessary for the beginners on the way to God. After sometime, God himself will guide his devotees and lovers with correct and timely invocations.
All gnostic ones agree on invocations as the basic and critical point of worshiping and praising. Invocations will have a great effect on soul, spirit and consequently on material life of the gnostic one.
The relationship between the invocator and the invocated one is like the relationship between the lover and the beloved one; independent and integrated. There is no special place to invocate. Everywhere, every time; there are the invocator and the invocated one or a lover and the beloved one. Nothing else.

Oh cupbearer, serve us more with wine to ease our pain and fear
Cut the thought’s head off. We are from heaven but not him (ways of thinking)
Serve us with wine and eradicate our consciousness
Manifest the uncovered divine joy

Gnostic one’s Heart is the home of invocations. That is the home of God. Always, remember this principle: One heart, One love, One lover and a beloved one. There is no two here in. our heart is the holy home of God. Everything about the beloved one is found there. Sit fast by it and worship your God to get purified. The one who tries to come between you and your God is no one but the devil. Leave him to be with your God. Whisper the invocations; the ones which show your true love to him. Move on the only way to God to become rich.
Preliminary stages of getting on the way are: concentration, humility and leaving everything behind.

Oh cupbearer, serve us with that divine wine
To leave this body behind for sometime
If you ask for the soul just for a test
I will manifest the thing that you become ashamed of what you asked for
My unfaithful beautiful woman bothers me
